How to Play Duck pin Bowling
1. Set Up Your Frame
Each player gets 10 frames per game, just like traditional bowling. In each frame, you try to knock down 10 pins using a smaller, lighter ball (no finger holes).
3. Scoring is Simple, Yet Strategic
-
Strike: 10 points + the total of your next two rolls.
-
Spare: 10 points + your next roll.
-
Open frame: The number of pins you knock down in your three rolls.
5. Highest Score Wins
After all 10 frames are played, the person with the highest score wins. In the final frame, a strike or spare earns you extra rolls, just like in tenpin.
2. Take Your Turn
You have up to three rolls per frame to knock all the pins down:
-
If you get all 10 pins on the first roll, that’s a strike.
-
If you do it in two rolls, that’s a spare.
-
If you need all three rolls, you simply score the total pins knocked down.
4. Keep It Quick
Because the lanes and balls are smaller, games move faster — ideal for groups, parties, and venues that want high-energy, social gameplay.
